So today (09/07/14) Marlon Wayans came to JWU to do a comedic act. The primary reason I know him is from "White Chicks" which I just adore and think is so hilarious! He was very hilarious, but also surprisingly inspirational. He was really quite down-to-earth, and encouraged us to work hard, keep trying, and not stop until we've achieved our dreams!
He mentioned his son, who is 12 now. During the Q&A session, he said that if he could re-live any moment, it would be the birth of his son, he said it was so beautiful and he was crying tears of joy!
Also, on my way out, I nearly bumped into him and hardly noticed! :P We were both walking out the same way and I didn't really notice until I saw people taking selfies, then I turned to my left and he was right there! That was pretty neat! :)
